Shredder being fantastic (1987)
(from 'Krangenstein Lives!') Shredder temporarily loses his memory. BUT that won't stop him from beating up some thugs, getting a job and cooking up an evil plan to take over the city all in less than 5 minutes. guy knows how to get stuff done.
