A quick note that we're getting toward the end of the year, which means the Headline of the Year contest is coming up soon. The dev team helped me out tremendously with the download/upload part of the HotY contest, which will make it a lot easier (and about 10 times faster) to get Headline of the Year preliminary threads out in TFD, which is typically the most time-consuming step of the process. So if you don't have TF but want to be able to vote in the preliminaries, those will be starting up in a few weeks. One of the new features is that submitters will be getting an email notifying them that their headline is in the running when a contest goes up with one of theirs in it.
