Hannity's involvement with Henssler Capital is shielded via his use of a shell company, SPMK II, based in Georgia.

The Sean Hannity Foundation is registered to the same address as SPMK II, 3735 Cherokee Street in Kennesaw, Georgia, which corresponds to Reeves' law firm.

The Fox News host began highlighting Bil Lako and Henssler to his 3.6 million Twitter followers in January of 2018, labeling Lako as the "Hannity Show tax expert". The elevation of Henssler on Hannity's Twitter and radio show continued throughout February, as the company was in the midst of a round of fundraising.

Days after Lako was featured on Hannity's radio show, Henssler filed a reportwith the FEC stating that they had raised $13 million from the time period stretching January 31-February 15. The identities of the investors remains confidential.

I'll give Lumpy this- he sure is an asshole.

The free advertising of Henssler as it was in the middle of a round of fundraising, while failing to disclosure his personal involvement, raises serious questions about Hannity's ethical standards

biatch, please.

Maybe this is what he talked with Cohen about?

Man, if Hannity were a journalist, that'd be "never working in the industry again" stuff.
But he's just a hateclown entertainer so it's all good!

State records list 25 other companies beginning with "SPMK" and registered to the Cherokee Street address. It was not immediately clear whether all of these were indeed under the control of Hannity. Most of the companies were involved with real estate transactions in Georgia and elsewhere.

That might be why Hannity is embarrassed to have the world know Cohen is his lawyer.  Cohen, apart from paying mistresses, is a real estate money launderer.

Because of course he does.

So I did a quick Google search. SPMK Communications is a Delaware Corp from GA. Teddy Grisham Null is listed on LinkedIn as working for SPMK Communications as a consultant.

Teddy Grisham is Sean Hannity's older sister.

Sooooo...Lumpy promotes a business on his show, that he is involved with, and doesn't mention his level of involvement, but continues to promote said business, while NOT buying advertising time, huh...that could be interpreted as theft; maybe not as an actual crime per se, but I bet his bosses won't be too happy about that missed revenue. Should'a stuck to toilet paper and office supplies.

I'd say it raises bigger questions about an organisation that calls itself news but doesn't fire someone who has been promoting his own business and reporting biased by his own self interests.

I'd point out that this is unethical, but "unethical" and "Hannity", both in one sentence, is redundant.

And Hannity works in the New York City area. Easy federal jurisdiction through diversity, and the Federal Southern District of New York is starting to grind in his direction.

I'm almost tempted to watch his show tonight and catch Maddow via the DVR.

Hannity made $36 million from Fox News last year.  WTF is he doing buying up $1000-$1600 a month rental houses?

It's not unknown for people to dabble in real estate.

There is LOTS of interesting stuff coming out of that firm, btw. Like people related to Hannity, a company that owns real estate in Manhattan...

So, apparently Hannity doesn't trust the stock market.  He has not a cent in it.  He says he puts his money in real estate.  That's probably what this is.

It also means he's poorly diversified and holding on to illiquid assets.  This is not generally a great strategy.

To "sell" to Russian billionaires at 10X the purchase price, then Lumpy donates much of that to the RNC and NRA.

After google street viewing these properties, this is a worse investment than I thought.  These houses are in dumpy neighborhoods far from the city.  These older, remote suburbs don't have a lot of upside.  At least buying in a dumpy neighborhood close to the city, you have some potential upside in the current gentrification environment.  People are moving to Hannity's neighborhoods because they're cheap and for no other reason.
