Indeed.  It's a sign of weakness not to mark your territory.

Yeah, you probably need a personal trainer. And after all--you're worth it. There's no way you could possibly exercise your body, that thing you've possessed your entire life, the very essence of your existence, without some serious external help.

Never mind that your body loves to move--it is designed to move and run and bend over and move things around. Be careful. You could be hurt, just moving around like that. You body might not know what to do, despite all those eons of evolution. You need help, and pricey help at that. Only an expert knows how to tell you how to move without hurting yourself. And just look at that expert--what a specimen. He must know the secret. He must move correctly. You should pay for this secret, unknown knowledge: How to exercise.

Think of the economy.

Hey, I worked really hard to get my thumbs down to a size that can work the buttons on my phone, and I'll be damned if any Johnny Buzzkills are going to stop me from telling the world.

And there are farking klutzes with horrible form, or those who fail to pay attention to the feedback their body is giving them, or use antiquated, less effective methods, and end up doing things in ways that are more likely to cause injury. There is a real need for trainers for at least some people.

I'm going to make up a bunch of letters to put after my name and have some checks made up. But nobody writes checks anymore, so I'll have to write listicles full of workout myths and a couple things that are painfully obvious.

One mistake is thinking that the only point of working out is for aesthetic reasons, like getting skinny or ripped. While that is a very common reason for exercising, there are many other more important health-related benefits that people often don't consider. Even if you never lose any fat or gain any muscle, you are greatly improving your heath by working out. An obese person who exercises will be able to reverse or slow down many of the health-related issues of their weight. In addition, you will ensure you maintain mobility which is very easy to lose as you get older.

Everyone should incorporate some kind regular exercise into their life, and that includes people who are at their correct weight. Even if you just go for a regular walk, that provides huge benefits. Being sedentary, in and of itself, degrades your body. It's not such a big deal when you're young, but you'll really start feeling the effects when you're 40+.

Oh, come on!  No one just makes up titles on the internet.
