I guess that China got tired of seizing ships in international waters and taking it back to china and taking it apart photographing everything and then putting it back together and returning it. This will make it a lot simpler to steal. Look it up during Clintons Presidency and look up the "the Pueblo" January 1963. That was the 1st. It worked so well they decided to give it another try.  And NO I'm not a republican. Or a democrat. I'm really just a human being. well I do have skin over me that does look human. lol the earth is a cube. silly flat earthers.

They are already the world's largest shipbuilder.  They just surpassed South Korea last year:

In 2017 they completed 41% of the gross rated tonnage produced in the entire World that year.  Even more worrying, buried in that article, is that they completed the first "smart ship" to be approved by Lloyds of London.

Makes sense.  They no longer need the restrictions, but they DO need the ships and planes.

Well, that's just a great time for Boeing to have that trade war thing going on.
