On March 22, the U.N. General Assembly President Miroslav Lajcak is also set to launch a 10-year plan focused on sustainable development of water resources.

What does that mean? Who gets screwed over?

I went to a talk show recording and he was the guest performer. He was actually really nice and thanked the audience.  He talked with some of the people in the audience too. Unlike the guest John Stamos who came in, waved, sat down, talked, posed for a photo with the hosts, and left. I wouldn't say John Stamos was rude, it struck me that he was busy and had somewhere to be, but at least Pitbull seemed to enjoy his time interacting with us.

Shortage of water, no.
Shortage of potable water, yes.
