My local Asian market has the matcha Kit-Kats.  It's the only imported one they have, in fact, and it's twice the price of the regular ones, but I guess that's to be expected.

Am I crazy, or is that a lot of Kit Kats?

Christ, is that stupid left/right advertising really working? I hate those commercials.

Apparently it's working exceptionally well for Kit-Kat.

Those are Nestle Kit-Kats. America is stuck with Hershey Kit-Kats, and Hershey in America is nowhere near as experimental or exciting as Nestle in the rest of the world.

Fun Fact: the filling in a kit kat is crushed up kit-kats.

We have bad news for you. You're not.

Hershey holds the license to sell KitKats in the US. Nestle has the license for the rest of the world.

Oh, wow.  Okay, I didn't realize Hershey did Kit Kats in the US.  I grew up here in Canada with the Netsle ones.  I've seen videos of people trying the million different Asian Kit-Kats from Japan though.  Wish we had some of those here, a lot of them sound delicious.  As it is we have regular, dark, white, and orange, plus the imported matcha one at the Asian market.

The amusement park is kind of nice (Six Flags with chocolate and less roller coasters that turn your underwear Hersey brown).

I could go for a kit kat rorig about now. Preferably crushed and surrounded by soft serve.

kinda surprising, given how expensive sugar is in the U.S. thanks to various lobbies

What an expanded Kit Kat facility might look like:
