They should make mexican coke the standard coke and get their first product right, otherwise what's the point.

The original WSJ article also mentioned Coca-Cola Plus, a laxative version of Coke obviously meant to compete with regular Pepsi and the Fark Politics tab.

IIRC, Coke owned Bacardi back in the day. This was the '70s and assumed they still had a stake.

The also had a tequila brand called Don Emilio, which I suspect is a dead brand as I've never witnessed it in stores. The catch phrase was Tequila worth its salt. I know because it became my guitar polishing rag after I outgrew/grew up.
