Why does it take 80 hours to type "Steve Bannon" into the email search then hit print?

Stupid, drunk asshole. But, it was beautiful.

LOL, Because when that's all you got, that's all you got.

The thing that amazes me is that these chucklefarks actually think that their shtick is believable.  I've seen chocolate faced two-year-olds with better alibis concerning missing cake.

This guy could've just shut up, pleaded the fifth when he went to the Grand Jury, and kept the ruse going.

Problem was: he was never that smart to begin with.

If he was that smart, he would not have joined Trump's campaign in the first place.

It's obvious Nunberg is trying to protect his mentor and former boss Roger Stone. And what is Roger Stone's mantra?  ....act crazy, alchy, unstable to distract from the real story.

Let us imagine if any other president had that news break on a freaking Monday morning.

Impeachment would be starting by dinner.

In the meantime, trump ponders becoming president for life.

Funny thing, he seriously didn't understand how easy it was to comply. He authentically spent almost 50 hours trying to find all the emails he needed to find because he was completely incompetent about how to navigate his email software. He did not know how to search by sender or recipient. Just had no clue.

On one level, you want to have mercy on someone who was over his head. On the other hand, he's the bumbling archetype for a Trump club member and that sort ought to be exposed for the bumbling boobies they are --- in hopes that we won't ever let something like this happen again. 'Cause you gotta dream.

assume for the sake of argument that trump was an unwitting pawn of Putin and the Russians - what happens then?  its not much of a stretch to assume Donny is profoundly stupid, vain, and arrogant enough to believe he could take a bit of help from Putin and get away with it....maybe Donny just assumed if he won everything would be forgiven.  after all, he really IS that dumb.  so we'd have a profoundly ignorant, stupid and incredibly arrogant man elected via illegal means and who will NEVER put the good of the country ahead of his petty and vindictive politics...and this dangerous, ignorant president is backed by a rough alliance of amoral businessmen and right wing religious fanatics out to topple the government and impose theocracy by any means necessary.

so given all of the above....where do we go from here?  I think there's a valid non zero chance the GOP will look at all of the evidence gathered by Mueller, admit Donny is guilty as f*ck, and flatly refuse to do anything about it.  that's a possibility that we are going to have to plan contingencies around.

The best thing to do is just point to the corruption and vote, and drag your friends to the polls and have them vote as well.

After that, protests and marches.

After that...

Like a military coup? Like "watering the tree of liberty with its natural manure" type of contingencies?  Frankly, I don't see the cabinet and the Congress lining up to do the 25th or the Senate (barring a  November miracle) convicting static.xx.fbcdn.netstatic.xx.fbcdn.net .

here in Pennsylvania, my local GOP is having a serious sit down discussion about how to impeach the ENTIRE state supreme court because the local court system is forcing the GOP to obey the law and remove an illegal advantage over the Democrats.

I find it difficult to insist others should vote when I cannot myself say that my vote will even be counted.  I can't tell if Pa is going to have elections this year, let alone if they'll be fair and the results respected by the Republican party.

on top of that, I watch the national news and see Trump talking about seizing guns illegally and talking about how much he'd love to become 'president for life' of the United States of America, a bunch of quasi local nut jobs wearing bullets on their heads and praying to their guns, and more and more credible information that the Russians have blackmail material on the President of this country.

I intend to vote this motherf*ckers out of power.  I intend on using every legal means at my disposal to fight their ideology, shut down their legislative goals, and block their every plan at every turn.  i'm just not sure the trumpers are going to follow the laws of this nation.

I think Manafort is the last firewall between Mueller and Trump's kids.  once Manafort gets the deal he wants from Mueller, we'll start seeing 'brand name' trumpers getting perp walked out of government buildings.

the walls are closing in to the point where even Donny can't pretend its not happening anymore.

Totally get you.

That fork in the road may be uncomfortably close, but it is still down a ways. The system has to be given a chance to right itself.

The GOP has had a really good run the past 50 years sabotaging the gears of our democracy. Now we get to see who us willing to come out and play ball.

I don't know that is going to be permitted to happen.  the Russians have every reason to continue with their attempts to destabilize this country, and the trumpers are too stupid/vain/angry to understand that they've become 'useful idiots' to Putin and Trump.

how do we even begin to fix these problems when Donny refuses to even admit there's a problem in the first place?
