A 33 year-old who is getting injured more often and making $7.4 million this year with a contract through 2020 isn't a salary cap move.

I like Michael Bennett, and he's been great for the Seahawks, but he's lost a step in the last year. It also looks like his feet get injured pretty frequently and easily. So while I'd love to keep him, GMs and HCs have to be pretty ruthless to field competitive teams.
