FTFA: The results also suggest an association with calcium supplements only, not dietary calcium.

So cows are forcing people to take supplements?

Wonder what the relationship is between this and osteoporosis.  Is there a safe amount of calcium fpr women?

It is not proven that either type of calcium prevents bone fractures, it's kind of like when your bones are done growing that's it. Can't feed them, so to speak. That's the current science.
Men also get osteoporosis.

/ on my way, diagnosed with osteopenia 20 years ago
