Fark no, that's ugly as fark... SOmetimes the "paneling" look works, not here though.

Jeep Wagoneer did it pretty well. I drove one of these for awhile and liked it.

Sure, and that's why it's baffling that Toyota would screw it up so badly. WTF is going on with those doors? Wood texture on the upper door frames but not the upper body makes it look like a junkyard swap job. The fake rivets are a silly addition too, nobody at any distance is going to be fooled into thinking there is real wood bolted to the car.

Fark those trucks. I've seen so many ppl fall through those wood slays when they rot.  Fark anyone who thought that was a good idea.

:O My dad drove one of those beasts when i was a kid.  his was a 69 i think. 390CI engine and got like 6 MPG with a good tailwind.

Well steel and aluminum will be in short supply so it is a good idea to switch to wood to make automobiles
