In poor condition, but it is a first edition signed by Dr. Ruth so it does have some value.

I'd be more surprised if they had a book that wasn't banned

For a book from Georgia, I would have expected a lot more Cyrillic.

The other Georgia, the book didn't say anything about losing virginity to siblings or parents.

Given that it's a BBC article about a book found in England, assume it means the Georgian historical era (named after one of the King Georges) and not the US State (named after on of the King Georges) or the Caucasian country (nothing to do with kings or georges).

FTA:      Women, who as a gender are at risk of sexual indulgence - or "venery" - should avoid eating "hard, fat things and spices" because such comestibles cause the body to become more heated.
Another solution is for a maiden to simply get married - and when their venery is met by "the enjoyment of their husbands, they become more gay and lively".

I don't know, this passage seems like more of a way for a woman to open up the field for the man to switch hit.

I know that Aristotle's name was used for a couple of centuries at least to lend some credibility and prestige to sex manuals and manuals of what we would today call gynocology, "Aristotle's Masterpiece" was in fact one of the more common titles, although the contents varied because there was no intellectual property rights until the late-eighteenth century in a few of the more advanced European nations.

I have seen one of these books in a used and rare book store, but it was 19th century.

Until "scientific" medicine became dominant, a lot of crankery, cracked-pottery and superstition was sold under the name of great mages, magicians, wizards, doctors, famous physicians of many lands, and even Aristotle, who is often considered the Father of science, or at least an early precursor of scientific thinking.

This "literature" was often about as reliable as web memes or rumours. One can't imagine some of the barbaric practices and stupid beliefs that were current, even looking at the wide-open underworld of fake news and fake science we have today.

They left out "The Bobsled."
It's when you're having sex doggy style at the top of the stairs and then you suddenly grab her arms and ride her down. Bonus points for making a turn. Just be aware of the danger of slipping out and catching your dick on a stair as you go down and snapping it back.

Georgian has its own script, very different from Cyrillic.

I thought the most interesting part was the bird-boy picture. I think maybe it's something that might be based on truth and then got screwed up in the repeated retelling.
