That's the video that fixed my 'trying to find the best dough recipe' issue for me

I make pizza just about every Friday since college, which was...a long time ago.  Usually get store bought or if I have the time I have a bread maker that does good kneading.  I'm trying this dough recipe for the first time today (well, started yesterday).

It worked well when I tried it.  The only beef that I have is that I could never get away with using so little flour on my paddle and he didn't mention a pizza stone in the video, which is sort of required, also my dinky apartment oven has a hard time hitting 500 but 450 worked fine.

I thought he said it.  Anyway, you have to preheat for over an hour to let it hit 500, especially if you have a big heat sink like a stone.

Main character: "Mama mia! I no canna finda my bicycle!"

The end.

That is exactly the same experience I had.

And for the record, this is what I remember about Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon...

No cheese only is a great way to find out if the pizza place is good or not and isn't hiding behind all the toppings burning out your taste buds.  Easy to tell if they use good cheese, sauce, or dough.

Pineapple on a pizza - or Hawaiian pizza as it were was invented by a guy in Canuckistan who didn't know sweet-bugger-all aboot pizza or Hawaii. He died recently (not of shame).

Baked potatoes require salt and pepper only.

That's the thing. You can't just have pineapple by itself. It exists solely to offset the saltiness of ham. It would also be acceptable on a pizza with sardines.

I agree.  They are pretty dam good for frozen pizza.  They are $9 though, but they were great in a pinch for football season.

"Vince Gilligan Tells Breaking Bad Fans to Stop Throwing Pizza on Walter White's Roof"

WTF, people?

The woman who lives in that house put up a fence to keep the BB tourists from throwing pizza on her roof.  My daughter lives in Jesse and Jane's duplex from season 2, and they interviewed both of them for a ABQ Journal article about the BB tourists.  My daughter mostly gets people wanting to take a pic on the porch, no pizzas.
