It's not that Sessions hasn't heard about this mounting evidence. "I'm astonished to hear people suggest we can solve our heroin crisis-have you heard this?-by having more marijuana," he said at a meeting of law enforcement last spring. "I mean, how stupid is that? Give me a break."

Something here is unbelievably stupid, but it's not that.

Between his Victorian bullsh*t views and Trump wanting to treat addicts like criminals, you'd think middle America would be pissed at them. Ragingly angry. They don't care about you and their policies will hurt all of us. Some sooner than others. God damn son of a mouth breathing half brained paramecium with less than half a brain cell to power the damn thing. The whole thing is beyond reckless.

I sort of wonder precisely why Sessions hates cannabis so much. Did it rape his mom or something?

Maybe he fell in love with a young man and the devil weed drove them apart. He was left clutching his now empty box of chocolate striped cookies and Jesus. Jesus got pissed at the lack of cookies and left. What was a heart broken, sober and hungry man to do? White Castle didn't exist.

As if Sessions cares.  Sessions gonna Sesh, federal gov't gonna fed it up.

It would surely help to have evidence published to the contrary many times over.  B*tching around online isn't going to solve sh*t.

This.

CSB time - A few weeks ago I went to my doctor here in Colorado to discuss options for treating psoriatic arthritis along with residual pain from a spinal fusion surgery.   After doing a DNA test, he determined I am atypical and very few opioids actually work for me.

Long story short, my red card will be here within the next 10 days and I don't have to worry about addiction or overdosing.

I have used opioids. A decade ago, I was prescribed them for a pretty chronic condition. I liked them. A lot.

So much so, in fact, that I realized I was going to turn into House if I didn't get off the pills. So I did. I used whiskey to clean up off pills, and if that ain't Outlaw Country, I don't know what is.

Wish I could've had weed.

I figure if the stuff makes you feel happy and fulfilled to eat out of dumpsters and lie around in your own shiat and vomit all day, it must have something going for it.

I'll put it on my end-of-list list.

The dude is owned by the prison industrial complex.

But it doesn't matter, they are facing off against so much popular support against their agenda, they have no choice but to back down eventually..

The process is so slow, however, that Sessions will be long dead before the truth is proven; the Truth being: He was always a Republican Keebler Elf-looking shill with no spine or balls...and he always liked it that way. A born sub-human coward, happy to be ball-and-spineless, in his natural state.

When Trump came along Sessions finally found his purpose. And good for that sad, quiet, dick-less little man. Not all of us discover the meaning of life the way he did.

They tell you that there's something wrong with you, you need they drugs
But there ain't nothing farking wrong with you, they thieving thugs
They sell drugs in commercials, at the same time
Lock a motherfarker up for the same crime"

Actually, it does.

In states where medical pot was legalized, opiate addiction stats dropped an average of twenty-three percent.

Who are you going to believe: reasoned, impartial scientific studies or a Christian - who have a track record of being wrong about everything dealing with reality - and a Republican - who are incapable of ever speaking the truth?

Hard choice.  Very hard choice.  I'm pretty sure  Trump supporters would go with the idiot.

That's the root of so much of the intransigence in this country. There's too large a segment who views everything from poverty to violence to drug addiction as a "moral" failing.

I like to say CBD takes 5 points off the pain scale. If you're at an intolerable 7-8 level in daily pain, and takes you to a very functional 2-3. You still know you have pain, but you can work through it and you aren't high in the process. And THC really helps you sleep at night.

I was just talking about Sessions and his strange murder-boner for marijuana last night. He doesn't like drugs, period, but I was trying to figure out why he has such a weird focus on weed. Is it the southern thing where weed hurt tobacco? Is it because he launched his career teaching a class on the evils of weed, and he can't possibly face the possibility that he wasted a large portion of his professional life? Is it because of his bigoted view of minorities, and weed use was linked to them? Did a marijuana plant rape his dog?
