TFATschanz wasn't home but his daughter answered the door.  She confirmed Tschanz brought a TV and Xbox home earlier that morning.  The victim was only able to retrieve her TV at that time.

Wow, that kid's going to be grounded for a while.

Yeah... That was sort of my thought. Though it sounds like the actual theft victim only has a sentence of a few days, so he may not be a hardened criminal. If the actual thief hadn't admitted to it, it would have been a colossal game of "he said, she said."

Ok...  So he stole some stuff.  Then the original owner reclaimed some of the stuff by stealing it back.

Well, I'm not a lawyer, but it sounds like he has a case.
