I'm smart! Not like everybody says... like dumb... I'm smart and I want respect!

He was weak, dim-witted, untrustworthy, traitorous and had a ridiculously large forehead, but he was banging cocktail waitresses two at a time.

I said, Two AT A TIME!

Cool, thanks for posting that. I didn't make that connection between Michael and the Black Hand.

$3.75M seems low for that place no? What's the catch?

Yeah, when a 800 sq ft bungalow in SF goes for nearly that much that quality and prime waterfront location makes it a steal. Perhaps the lake is really down 200' due to drought and the boat docks are all sandboxes.

"and it was later divided into individual residences in the 1980s. The current listing is Residence 13 "

So you don't get the whole place, you're basically buying a suite in a hotel. Or something like that I think. Going by there being at least thirteen residencies, the whole thing would seem to be over 50 million.

Read it again. The residence in question is still a 3 bedroom, 4 bath, 3700 sq.ft. unit with a private boat dock on Lake Tahoe in what is essentially now a high end condo association. Seems kinda low.

After not getting any bites at the original asking price they reduced it to move before this years drought dries out the boat launches again.

I would prefer the place in New York (although some of it isn't really part of the compound pictured in the film).
