I call foul on the article in the driving section.

Unless fast and the furious consisted of someone driving 5 under in the left lane for an hour, it does not represent a PA driver in any way shape or form.

I rang the Liberty Bell on a class trip back in 1970.  It was overrated.  Damn thing not only had a crack in it, but had two metal braces holding the damn thing open like some kind of crazy tuning fork.

Then again, at least Boston has some famous fans. Philadelphia's pride and joy is Rocky, a fictional character played by the New York-born and bred Sylvester Stallone.

FTA: - at least you don't live in Philadelphia or Boston. Because as much as their teams are awful, the cities themselves are even worse. A trip to Philly or Beantown is an assault on your ears, your stomach, your car and your sensibilities.

Let's start with f*ck you and work from there. A visit to NJ is an assault on your nose, your mental health and your faith in humanity. Unless you go to the shore and take a dip, then it is also an assault on your immune system, if not your life itself.

/ yes you host two NFL teams
// both of which are too embarrassed to use your name
/// and yeah, their teams are awful: both of those 13-3 teams suck. Unlike your two 3-13 and 5-11 worldbeaters

I hate both cities/fan bases/teams, and that article is a whole lot of sour grapes.

Not only that, it's NEW JERSEY claiming a beef with those cities.
New Jersey, you are New York City's loser brother in law.  You are claiming New York City's sports rivalries as your own.  Just stop.  You are the drunk idiot at Thanksgiving that everybody puts up with because they have to.

Regarding New Jersey, I like Hoboken and Jersey City. Hoboken reminds me of Harvard Square, it's a little eccentric, and a lot of young people around. Jersey City is nice looking and has a Hipsterist vibe. When I visited New York City, I rented a hotel room in Jersey City because it was much cheaper than rooms in Manhattan, and the subway got you right in the city.

How about some hatred for Providence, or Springfield, or Worcester? They're as much a part of New England as Boston.

Giants fan here.

philadelphia bars close at 1:15am. Not a city. I canceled their city charter in 2011 and it is now the unincorporated territory outside Bucks County. Green Bay is more of a city.

New England is a successful AFC subfranchise of the New York Giants. Note the uniform color change when Parcells took over, and the transition to Belichick, combined with QB Tom Brady's true-believer approach to the Giants Way. They are to be commended for arriving at eight Super Bowls refreshed from AFC playoffs and have been successful against non-Giants opponents. They're okay, but the AFC needs to up its game.

This game will be interesting, as this is a talented non-Pittsburgh team from Eastern Pennsylvania, but it's again a first-year coach against the most successful Giants defensive coordinator in NFL history, who also took a head coaching gig in the AFC and has notched quite a few impressive wins.

Woah woah woah...  Being from NJ, there are a ton of great areas.  I live just below the center, so i avoid a lot of the north jersey areas (and of course unless there's a concert, I'm not in the Camden area either).   Lets not stoop to the article's low of stereotyping and just being a butthurt NY fan.  Aint nothing wrong with cheese steaks or lobster rolls.

Dead for Tax Reasons: jersey's just mad that they have 2 teams but both like to pretend they are from new york

At least the Jets offices are in NY.  The Giants' everything is in NJ...  but whatever.

Private member clubs? Seriously? In New York and other cities, bars close when the sun comes up.

That old gag. New York City is an international center. They had to annex New Jersey and the other New Jersey (referred to as Long Island) because so many people want to live close to the city.

And don't get me started on those people in the unincorporated territory in Eastern Pennsylvania outside Bucks County that refer to the tall buildings in that zone as a "city." Argh.

Not sure what to make of the whole "New England" thing, as it's a Giants subfranchise and it's claiming an area, like the Yankees do. Hrm.

Philly is a charming city, mostly. Boston looks nice, but speaking to the natives is an exercise in pain. They're angry, rude, insecure in themselves and their city, are miserable sports fans, and speak English with all the inaccessibility, but none of the charm, of a drunken Yorkshireman.
