Doggone FAA and their job killing regulations. It should be my right to board unlicensed aircraft with unqualified pilots if I agree to do so.

They figured they wouldn't get checked since the average FSDO is understaffed, due to congress farking with their funding, for the last decade or so.

I should add that's probably why they were flying aircraft not on the certificate. Adding an aircraft is a ton of paperwork, and takes months to process.
