Well the author of that wasn't smug at all was he. Assuming that everything designed to work with Apple products are "knock-offs" and the only reason people buy them is because they can't get the real thing, or they were duped into thinking it was a genuine product.

I don't think you can honestly tell yourself that. Especially considering the author's fawning over seamless Apple technology than ever really quite gives you a seamless experience
