(Mother Jones)   For some reason probably not related to collusion, Kremlin-linked accounts on Twitter keep targeting Trump's GOP detractors, like Sen. John McCain, Mitt Romney and Bob Corker whenever they voice opposition to his policies   ( motherjones.com) divider line

Sweet.  This way Trump doesn't have to get his laughably undersized hands dirty.

Is most likely unfortunate coincidence. Like polonium poisoning, or falling onto many, many bullets at bottom of long staircase. Most unfortunate, but understandable, da?*

*For best effect, the entire post should be read with deep, Boris Badenov accent. Will be much clearer...

Gee, it's almost like turning a blind eye to foreign interference in your elections just because it helped your side win this time doesn't mean that the foreign power that helped you out this time is always going to be on your side. It's almost like the foreign power interfering in your politics has an agenda all of its own.

Nah, that's crazy talk. Russia is our ally.

How can you tell the difference between a Russian bot and an actual Trumper?  Trumpets are just as unacquainted with the English language if not more so.

As someone who sucks at english especially typing on the phone you can often tell by the level of effort put into it and if they respond. There is also a differentiation between the trolls and the trumpers easily characterised by the "you mad bruh?" responses. That is not to say those types arent part of his cult of voters but they just enjoy spreading chaos. The real trumpers will actually argue complete insane but in their mind valid talking points instead of the regurgitated 100 or so phrases and memes which are repeated so often it becomes obvious. (That number i would say is exagerating but they update often so there are maybe 20 at a time.).

Worst case ask black twitter. They figured these patterns out before our government did.

Black twitter? Surely you meant to say "attractive and successful African-American twitter."

Okay let's get something straight. McCain, Romney and Corker are not detractors. We have gotten to such a low point in our collective national psyche that we consider people who occasionally exhibit the most basic of human decency as extraordinary people.

 None of those men will fight for you when it really matters though. Standing up to or contradicting Trump and his supporters should not be considered a courageous act or something to be proud of. It should be the basic minimum requirement for decent human beings with more than two brain cells to rub together.

Thank you.  All these guys were willing to surf the same scum that love Trump, as long as they could pretend to be decent folk and go back to D.C. and get back to the adult business of funneling money to wealthy people.  Screw these guys, in some ways they're worse than Trump because they make Republicanism more palatable

Hmmm, and at the same time this comes out, James O'Keefe's latest not-at-all-selectively-edited "sting video" is aimed at Twitter "censoring" (sic) conservatives.

/"sic" is because of the fact Twitter doesn't actually 'censor" anyone
//they just kick you off
