Why do you rate a programming block within a list of actual channels?  Odd.

Well, let's be fair... unless you really enjoy Blue Bloods,  MASH, or In The Heat of the Night, WGN isn't for you.

As for Spike... well, their dick waving, NO GURLZ ALLOWED! type of branding is no longer popular in today's society. That's why they're rebranding as The Paramount Network in just a couple of weeks.

I noticed The Matrix was on Spike last night but when I went to change the channel it said I needed a subscription. I guess that tells you how long it's been since I tried to watch anything on Spike.

I'll be behind it only if they reboot Homeboys in Outerspace.

/ Haven't watched  Spike in years

I think its messed up that a "channel for men" doesn't fly in todays society but multiple channels for women and minorities are completely ok.

Doesnt help that what programming Spike offered mostly sucked though.

You need a premium cable plan to watch Spike now anyway.

Some of it's original programming was good.  Joe Schmo was a great farcical take on reality tv, for example.  But then it just started showing reruns of Inkmaster and 1000 Way to Die non-stop.  I guess The Ultimate Fighter was the only thing keeping them on network.

I watch Spike for Cops, and if I'm feeling low about myself, reruns of Repo Games (a scathing indictment of the American school system). Watching that makes me feel good about myself.

WGN America deserves to wither away and die, if for no other reason than Sinclair owns it now., and the last thing we need is another national platform for pro-Trump derp.

/remembers watching Cubs game on WGN afternoons in the summer as a kid
//even then I could tell that Harry was usually shiatfaced by the 6th inning

We don't use Disney's branded channels as part of our watch rotation... same goes for Nickelodeon.

There are a limited amount of ways where loudmouth rich bratty kids can be entertaining, and once you've seen one show you've seen them all. What happened to the good Disney programming? The Darkwing Ducks, Ducktales, Mickey, those shiatty old movie reruns that were filmed on cheap stock?

Are back. Ducktales is great, Mickey is pretty spazzy. I have no clue if they're on regular Disney channel, but they are on the XD channel, the one you have to pay for (not the regular tier, if I remember correctly).

/I hired you, b/c you're the best of the cheapest

WGN just needs to die.

That station became worthless the moment they got rid of the Cubs games and newscasts.

I wonder why PBS isn't on the list. It's about the only station I watch anymore.

Not a cable channel, that's local TV.

So are ABC, CBS, NBC, etc. but they're listed.
I guess I'm the only one watching it then.

Cubs games, Chicago news, and idiosyncratic after-school cartoons.
I had a sad when I first saw WGN America.

/hasn't had regular cable TV in about 30 years.
