Why yes Uber, that's a good reason to sue your company. So what was the result of that lawsuit since you're portraying it as if it shows Elrath is acting in bad faith.

Oh, Lord...I'm glad I'm not the Operations Manager over that. Given the turnover, the number and $ amount of the unclaimed advances would be insane. And in some states (California) they would be totally unrecoverable.
