"Here's a fun fact....you had sex with your aunt, man!"

I once flipped over to OZ during a Super Bowl party. The scene was one guy going down on another guy in the kitchen. After a few seconds, the receiver reached down and snapped the other guy's neck.

Aaand scene.

I still haven't watched season 5.  I bailed after the first couple episodes when it originally aired.  I started watching again in season 6 when I heard the show was good again.  I might finally break down and watch season 5 when The West Wing Weekly gets to it in a couple months.

It was a joke. That being said, the books may or may not hint at Drogo returning in some form. The witch lady who cursed Dany's womb says something in prophecy-speak about when he will return to her. I don't remember if that made it to the show, though, so I won't bore you with the details anymore than I already have.

I would gladly skip the last season if they would just got straight to a spinoff show of Tormund and Brienne married raising large children with the Hound as their next door neighbor.   It could be the greatest family comedy of all time and every now and again they could reference something happened in season 8 so that we can know what hapens to the others like

"It sure is nice living under the rule of Queen ________ , when will the Hound be by to tend to try children so we can go on a date."

Raise Dead requires a body and there is a time limit. Resurrection is a much more powerful Cleric spell and only needs a few bits or pieces of the deceased.

I saw Oz during the original run.  I had a deep-seeded dislike of JK Simmons for years afterwards.  I don't think I really started "trusting" him until after Juno or maybe Law & Order.  I hardly even twitch when he shows up on the Farmers Insurance commercials now.

Mark of a great actor, to be sure.

I kind of drifted away from that show because, after a while, I felt like it was contriving ways to keep these characters miserable.  I mean, life is pretty shiatty, but good things happen every now and then.

/didn't mind the gay sexing
