" "It's pretty simple stuff," Phelan said. "I've arrested a lot of cops. I make no qualms about it. It's gotten my name written on a lot of walls. We arrest cops if they break the law. It's not a problem. "

Said the police chief of Greece.

We need chiefs like him in this country.

When I was 2, I fell asleep in some weird spot/position, and my mom couldn't find me and freaked out.

The police told her to calm down, take a couple more tours around the house, and call them back if I didn't turn up in a couple hours.

She did eventually find me, but apparently she called the cops like three more times, with similar responses.

Apparently I did this when I was very little. I got out of bed and went and hid somewhere in the house, then fell asleep again. Nobody could find me and it was a real shiat show.

Maybe so, but it's like a crossword puzzle or Sudoku where it's all worth it in the end, eh?  Or you cannot enjoy hot-n-tot whatnot?

So child endangerment is not a crime? Was the three year old home alone?

Way to say a few words and do very little but have a bunch of commenters splooging over what a good cop you are.

Maybe you arrest a bunch of cops but I guarantee you'd be pushing harder if this guy wasn't a piggie.

My oldest did this at 2. The headboard of my bed is a bookshelf, and there is just enough of a gap for a tiny person to wiggle back there with a blanket and some stuffies. Yes, I freaked out. A LOT. I had the phone in hand and had dialed the 9 when I found her.

This is one of the many reasons I tell her she better stick me in the good home when my time comes.

I think that can happen a lot, but from the article I THINK the kid was lost at ANOTHER house down the street from a party...and was later found at his house.   Which is a bit more WTF worthy.

So... it doesn't matter if you're black, or white or brown, gay or straight or whatever space you fill in this world... if you're a cop's child, you're still an entitled, protected, sheltered piece of shiat, and it doesn't matter if your children are being kidnapped, raped, or murdered, God farking help you if they are when Sheriff Andy's kid farks up.

They always have and always will protect their own first, and fark you, that's why.

THEY'RE THE POLICE.

most missing kids are found in their own home.
that is why the search starts there.
