I love how Shake Shack is kind of freaking out about this.

Any food inspector or anyone who has ever worked in a place with a shake machine will tell you that unless you keep them completely, utterly spotless (complete with nightly tear-down and cleaning -- and they're a pain in the ass to clean), they become disgusting roach nests. If you're going to get a roach in your food, it's going to be from the shake machine.

A place called Shake Shack would know this.
