Well, I guess if you're gonna lie about your hair, you might as well go all out.

Saw his show over labor day, and yeah, it looked like fake hair (he stood by us for a trick). That man did a LOT of mugging for the camera.

/enjoyed Penn & Teller a lot more

I was hoping he'd put a corsage box and a bunch of little pom-poms on his head.

That picture looks as though someone photoshopped the hair from a 1970s era fashion catalog onto his head.

Agreed - saw him last month. And dear God, he looks like he's more Botox than man now. He's a decent enough showman still, but the Mat Franco show was a lot more fun. (Didn't get to see P&T due to timing.)

but yeah, David needs to add some imperfections to the thing to make it pass the test.
or, if you are going to wear a wig, wear something crazy.  Mix it up and change it daily.

What's even stranger is that, at least according to Penn, Copperfield is incredibly wealthy.  That is a serious case of self-delusion going on.  Even Shatner and Reynolds eventually figured out something that wasn't this laughable.

he reminds me of a grown Paul from Wonder Years who just got his groove back.

He's worth about 800 million, according to Forbes. If I'm not mistaken, one of his hobbies is flipping multi-million dollar properties.
