I miss Howard Dean.  He didn't have to be president, but I wish he'd have stayed or tried to be something else after DNC chair.  He was the best DNC chair...

"If New Hampshire doesn't have that kind of secretary of state, Democrats should think long and hard about whether the Granite State deserves to continue to have outsized say in our presidential nominating contest."

I love this quote.

Still zero proof of "bus loads" of people from MA going to vote in NH...

But anyone with half a brain knows KKKobach's "investigation" is about suppressing democratic demographics  and placating the orange buffoon's fragile ego, not facts or voter fraud...

In short, fark Kobach and fark Trump.

Everyone complains about Republicans but have you noticed that voter fraud is basically non-existent, now?  And, it has been for decades.  Republicans have been so thorough that they actually fixed the problem BEFORE they started working on it.  Now THAT'S efficiency!

Paul Wellstone would have rofflestomped these two idiots.

Howard Dean, who ran the DNC from 2006 to 2008, argued that the Granite State could be stripped of its "first-in-the-nation" primary status and, potentially, have its presidential delegates removed

Good.  They're a bunch of assholes anyway.

Whoa whoa whoa, are you saying we shouldn't just focus on running up the vote in coastal areas and national races?

Well, let's not forget that Dean's Scream was, at one time, a national political scandal. It's an effective thing to point out to your racist coworker that's trying to normalize Trump's insanity as a new American paradigm.

It's not like he was dragged kicking and screaming into the healthcare lobby.

Kris Kobach is a white supremacist. He authored Alabama and Arizona's anti-immigration laws that gave people like Joe Arpaio a hard on. He must be treated as such. He must be seen as someone who wants to actively, and unapologetically,  purge people from voter rolls for no other reason than they are not white.

I don't care what lies he spews, or how "honest and sincere" he looks. I've seen enough of this asshat's garbage to know that Howard Dean needs to YEAAAARGH him right in the ass.

Non-existent? You would be surprised how many voting machines are accidentally taken home, or left in personal vehicles. The only thing is Box 13 is now a hard drive, and that the price of "buying the box" has gone up.

Wide spread VOTER fraud is a crime that has no real updside.  Oooo...you got to cast 2 votes instead of one. SO you're only half as irrelevant as the rest of us.  No one's going to give you a free ipad for casting a second vote and you'll end up in prison just as easily as if you'd stolen an ipad.  There is no reward for it, and it's almost impossible to pull off on a large scale.

However, institutionalized ELECTION fraud denying legitimate voters their votes can be very good for republicans so of course they do!

I was assured on fark that Dean was going to primary Bernie Sanders.

He can't simul-primary two offices, can he?

This.  The damage his legislation has done in AZ is virtually irreparable at this point.  He is scum.

Yep. I think the snubbing of Howard Dean was one of the biggest mistakes the Obama administration ever made. I don't know why Obama didn't like him, but he should have offered Dean the Surgeon General spot or something at HHS. Dean is the type of fighter Obama needed on his team to make the GOP think twice before crossing him.

Maybe I'm naive, but are there even enough of "those people" in New Hampshire for voter suppression efforts to be effective?

Obama, once he won the primary, took on a lot of Clinton's infrastructure.

That is likely where they got the Dean hate from.

Gardner ... told the Associated Press that it was important to remain on the commission in order to determine why Americans had begun losing trust in the electoral process.

I know he's not team stupid, so he must be team evil.

Oh, there are plenty. Particularly in the cities. Plenty of poor and old people as well. They're going after all traditional democratic demographics with this bullshiat commission.

Though, they're using NH because Trump lost there and his fragile ego can't deal with it, so obviously it was fraud.
