But Especially if you're a known serial killer.

If I were an open bottle of vodka I don't think I would be allowed to drive at all.

If only, ... there was service who was willing to pick you up from one point, and drop you off in the vicinity of your desired destination.

I'd actually pay for said services, so long as a gay wasn't involved.

/that was a joke

NTM expecting an attorney to afford the bus or a taxi or Uber, I mean, c'mon.

That's the problem with you people, you expect too much.

*Sigh*  If it weren't for drunks and stupid people, I'd be out of a job.

Yeah, I'm thinking Billings Montana is Uber country, or maybe even Clydes' Taxi country.   But I get your point. Call a friend , call a neighbor. Heck, call the kids' Dad if you didn't pi$$ him off in the divorce settlement.

They always report the BAC of the suspect, but leave out the BAC of the arresting officer.

You.  Go sit in the corner.

We'll discuss later the many reasons why I want to sponsor you for TF.

Heh.

Dated a lawyer not so long ago that worked for the state. Lawyers are such notorious substance abusers that some of their mandatory professional development classes had to be alcohol and substance abuse related.

Doctors are also notorious for this.

/yes she could drink
//fun while it lasted

Oh I could tell you stories. Almost everyone in the medical profession, especially EMS are a bunch of raging drunks (me included), though firefighters are the most likely to drink and drive.

Alcoholism is the only disease that you get arrested for.

The troopers say they found an open bottle of vodka in her vehicle and her blood alcohol content had measured more than three times above the legal limit.

Hmm, sounds familiar. Wait, I'm not a lawyer. Or drunk. Oh thank goodness--just a flashback.

Yeah, I don't think this chick was even trying.

The arresting officer said she was stopped because she appeared to "have trouble negotiating a roundabout" intersection on Shilo road here in Billings - that would apply to about 97 percent of the drivers on that road.

If that is grounds for a traffic stop, the cops should just hang out in the roundabouts all day.

/lives west of town - no way in to Billings from here that doesn't involve a Shilo roundabout

You'd think Billings would be a plus but the gold fringe in the courtrooms tends to lengthen the process.

I know, elected official blowing .225 at 2:45 in the afternoon on a weekday doing almost 30 over with 4 kids in the car and carrying a gun on your hip?

This lawyer needs to step up her game.
