Does the contract still apply?  Can the Wu Tang clan and Bill Murray infiltrate Langley now to get the album back?  This movie is getting better and better.

Okay, of all the headlines submitted for this particular story, this one definitely deserved to go Green. Good job, Subby.

Oh, that couldn't have happened to a better person.

I doubt he did himself any favors being a smug asshole on TV the last few months, and seemingly trying to bribe Bernie Sanders into giving him his ear.

Awww... He might face a $1.25 fine and a severe letter of reprimand!

It's in the article:

In fact, it is not only his drug pricing that has turned him into an object of public derision. He recently spent millions on the only copy of a Wu-Tang Clan album that music fans would love to hear and then told Bloomberg Businessweek that he had no immediate plans to listen to it.

Wu Tang auctioned a one-off album called Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. This douchbag bought it for $2 million

'Shkreli initially responded to the criticism by saying he would lower the Daraprim price and then changed his mind again. When Hillary Clinton tried one more time last month to get him to cut the cost, he dismissed her with the tweet "lol." At a Forbes summit in New York this month, wearing a hooded sweatshirt, he said if he could have done it over, "I probably would have raised the price higher," adding, "my investors expect me to maximize profits."'

what an asshole. I wonder if the drug price hike story promted people to pay closer attention to what else he was up to. That would be delicious schadenfreude.

I agree 15,000%!!!!

I'll watch KBIO... I hope he loses everything. However, I've seen this game before and I'll bet he has a hedge somewhere protecting his positions.

*fingers crossed* that he was so douchetastic that he didn't feel the need to hedge!

If there's any industry that deserves an endless ass kicking in the media, it's them.

When New New Money makes New Money and Old Money look bad eventually something gets done to solve the image problem.

Like removing this sign after it went up over Occupy Wall Street protests.

He should be considered innocent until proven guilty. We shouldn't assume the government is correct just because he's a dick.

Actually the government already has a copy if they wanted to get copyright protection.  Anyone should be able to listen to the copy there because of it (well they digitize it and upload it to a computer in the listening room).
