Adorable? the cutester takes fewer drugs, drinks less and has less sex than its parents - but does dress up more.

Forever infantilized. Great.

Well...that does describe my oldest daughter, but no way in hell I'm calling her that.

The European Socialist dream.   I knew people who in their 20s did not know how to make a bank deposit.  Sure were good at withdrawals though.  Accepted family and dole money for years because "I'm not done with my education", and claimed college "shouldn't be any more than a 40 hour week job, otherwise its not fair".

People have been shielding their kids from consequences for years (hello American helicopter parents).

Not really that surprising. I haven't been in to a bank to make a deposit for over 20 years, most everything has been electronic for years....

The "cutester" watches Game of Thrones?

I mean it's an immensely popular show, and they should watch it if they like - along with everyone else - but that doesn't seem particularly 'cute'.

Got PAYE/BACS? Then you won't be doing regular deposits.

Hipsters have existed in some capacity for about 40 years.  They existed before you heard of a name for them, and they'll continue to exist long after we give them a different name so fret not.  You'll still have young people to shout "hipster" at as you imagine all of the things they do that you don't like.

I think this is one of those articles meant to cause false outrage on something that in the end doesn't hurt anyone and is just young people doing stupid stuff.

Wearing a skimpy outfit with lots of fur takes a 5 to an 8 immediately.

No, I am not talking a "furry."  I am talking a furry bikini.

They're more cute than hot. If you want hot you should go for a hotster, but they can be hard to approach sometimes, unless you're a richster in which case go for it.

As long as it doesn't result in another round of men's clothing being almost all pastel I don't care.

Drink what you like, eat what you like, watch/listen to what you like, and ignore whatever stupid labels the world comes up with. You'll be much happier for it.

I co-opt bits of pop culture and mash them together in a way that clashes a bit to create a carefully contrived effect. I know it's not cool and I don't care.  Don't call me a hipster though.  I'm a cutester.  You've probably never heard of it.

The market will decide. You can sell stuff to hipsters, lots of stuff. Even stuff that was collecting dust in your warehouse attic. If you can't mass market to cutesters, they'll be gone. If they make it to 2 Broke Girls more than once, they're fine, unless they're pedophile jokes.

Perhaps, though the point is that if real adults aren't spending any time having fun doing things that aren't important and tied to the serious business of being more adult, what are they doing on fark?
