Nice. Almost as entertaining as when reporters throw up.

Come to think of it, any throw up video is hilarious. Just do a youtube search for any children's choir concert and you will usually find a couple. The game is to try and pick out which kid is going to blow before it happens.

Don't lock your knees. That actually happened to me at a wedding. My hair was in a bun and that's probably the only thing that saved me from a concussion as I fell straight back and smaller my head against the floor.

Say what you want about Glenn Beck but shaking a mans hand before his journey through the tunnel is pretty classy.

Wow, I can't find anything humorous here. I did a couple epic pass-outs in my time too. One minute, you're ok, the next, you're in a weird tunnel, the next you're down -- what the FARK causes this shiat?

Man, I smaller my head against the floor and I don't have a bun, so it hurt really bad.

Speaking as a man who's overdue for his once-a-decade fainting spell, we don't always know.  They had me do an EKG after sleep deprivation last time and couldn't figure it out.

Heatstroke, locked knees, dehydration, and low blood sugar are obvious culprits.  But sometimes your blood pressure plummets for no good reason (nerve crosstalk, sitting up quickly, whatever) and down you go.

What a dick. The others gave little warning, but the guy with Beck keeps saying he's passing out and Beck is just "yeah, okay, so anyway..."

That dude was so self-aware. "I'm passing out... I'm passing out... Gone..." He's probably the most helpful fainter ever and ol' Glenn can't even pick up on that.

It's crazy stuff. I went down after getting out of a hot tub and standing on snow, and I recall quite clearly that the first thing to go was my hearing - several seconds before vision went, and then out. Luckily, it gave my future wife enough time to shove me away from head-hitty things.

Thanks, Franc!  Yeah, I should have remembered the low blood pressure factor.

I think my favorite part is actually the moment right BEFORE they pass out, when the other person's face clearly says "what the fark is wrong with you? ....oh"

Thanks! Yep - low blood pressure runs in my family, and that incident really drove home to Mrs. 12 that it could actually amount to something every once in a while. Certainly not anything serious, though -

I passed out in a grocery store. I hadnt eaten for multiple days because of a tooth infection. I had just enough time to sit down.
I ate some food in the car after I woke up and got 6 wisdom teeth pulled the next week.

Did anyone else play that game around 7th grade where you took deep breaths, and a friend squeezed your chest until you passed out?

Kids just blood-choked each other out when I was that age. Sleeper holds.

/I wasn't quite stupid/trusting enough to play that game, though

With some breathing tests for asthma I discovered that I'll pass out during the spirometer test (blowing out for a long, long time). Apparently it's common and something to do with the vagus nerve. Vasovagal syncope? It wasn't as fun as you might imagine.

Not a pass-out, but, a similar situation that could have been included:    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ssiLkxTTrzc
