I did not know the difference between baking soda and baking powder until this moment.  Aside from that they're different

Holy shiat. I was there three weeks ago visiting a friend. Their waffle maker was broken, so I settled for a Philly and a Fat Stack. Damn that was good.

Baking powder contains a dry acid so that it can be used without an acidic liquid, such as lemon juice or vinegar
