When I was 19, I couldn't rent a Toyota.  Is this normal now, that exotic car rental places are handing over the keys to quarter-million-dollar cars to teenagers?

Hmm, teenagers and an AMEX no limit credit card.
If kids got ahold of MY credit card they might have been able to rent a YUGO, and stay at a Motel 6.

If they had a stolen credit card they probably had a fake drivers liscence that said they were 28 or so.

19 years old, bet they are going to wish they pulled this about 2 years ago. Don't pull this when you are considered an adult in the eyes of the law.
