Sometimes I wonder if N. Korea's military leadership does stuff like this hoping someone will conquer them so all this madness can end and they can join the world community. But with their nukes and a real life King Joffrey on the throne, who's gonna risk it?

The one thing Japan, Korea, and China can agree on is the mutual benefit of keeping this little pissant nation isolated.
