I could be supportive of such things here if it were limited to disclosure laws, requirements of plain language regarding the implications of various activities, and the assumption of risk being put on the company for any failure to properly inform the consumer, or confusion regarding the contractual agreement. This last rule would make the businesses that work for the good of the public naturally outperform those that are screwing their customers. After that, it's just a matter of letting businesses fail when the time comes.
