CruJones: 34 years of biting then randomly stopped almost three years ago. Weird. And it wasn't a nervous habit for me, more like a mindless one.
Isitoveryet: I am a chronic nail biter, it's as if my hand and mouth are doing it without the knowledge of my noggin.it is embarrassing, the condition of my nails and a disgusting habit. like the guy in TFA, i too have managed to stop for short periods of time but all it takes is that one little imperfection and i instantly start tearing at them layer by layer then you have to even them all out and that leads to nubs.can't even pick a dime up off a hard surface :(
