It was interesting, but I think I will stick to my current method...give the guy in the glass shop $25 to cut and polish a custom shape.

I've seen this done in the movies, these guys go through way to much work.

Once around with a glass cutting tool, and out pops a perfect circle.  It is best done while hanging upside down by a rope.  Then you can just swing in and make off with the loot.
