The discovery of the school of gladiators at Carnuntum, Austria by Antiquity Journal Published on Feb 26, 2014
A supplementary video to accompany the article published in Antiquity 88 no. 339 March 2014.
Authors: Wolfgang Neubauer, Christian Gugl, Markus Scholz, Geert Verhoeven, Immo Trinks, Klaus Löcker, Michael Doneus, Timothy Saey & Marc Van Meirvenne

I don't have access to the full paper so I don't know how they rendered it. Given that the animation does have a few moving characters I wonder if they used a video gaming system and whether the model is available as a mod.

We have a problem with the new gladiator school we built?

A new gladiator school?  What is it?

It's a place to learn to fight like a gladiator, but that's not important right now.
