True, but there was hope that Jindal wouldn't be as bad with the denunciation of the "party of stupid." Then, he got caught stealing from blind people. So, he's just like any other GOP politician, but there was the false hope, and that's where people get to hating him. You'd have to be as dumb as a Florida voter to not know what Rick Scott's all about.

Hell, he even got away with a few early farkups/blatant attempts to screw with LA in order to earn points at the national stage without it making much of a dent. Just a few years back, he had a 70% approval rating. The state didn't suddenly get more racist. People are just fed up with his crap. (Just like they are with Mary Landrieu, and even Mitch is starting to falter.)

Not for nothin' but for the vast majority of cases people aren't going to 'forget to be racist' if they're racists if the guy has an R in front of his name.  I know we like to chalk up the vast majority of the republican base to BLARG RACISM, but I think you underestimate how much R's hate D's.  (If you remember....Bill Clinton....who was pretty damn popular...and also pretty damn white...was actually impeached by the house.  I'm actually seriously surprised that with everything else the house hasn't managed to go that far on the derp scale.)

Also if we're talking about unpopular governor's, how is this article not about the Governor of Pennsylvania?
