looks old than that.  Three is on the upper end, but still fine.

When I worked for Laguna Niguel Parks and Rec as a camp counselor, one Summer my group was the 3-5 year olds and it wasn't super uncommon for the younger 3 year olds to not have potty training totally down. In fact one of our requirements was that they *were* toilet trained an no longer wore diapers. I take from the fact we have to say that. that 3 year olds are still in diapers sometimes. Especially the hyper ones like this little guy who probably suddenly get excited and piss themselves like a Jack Russell Terrier does.
