Gotta say, I live in the Florida Keys and our National Weather Service folks here are aces when it comes to severe weather warnings in a very timely manner. They predicted the Hurricane Wilma storm surge 24 hours before it happened, so anyone caught flat-footed when their homes flooded can blame no one but themselves. Me, I put everything on countertops, etc. Water flooded the house but no computer or appliance damage.
