(Toronto Sun)   In the midst of a crack scandal, several drunken videos, loss of most of his mayoral powers, questions regarding ties to a murder, a lawsuit over a jailhouse beating, Rob Ford calls losing a budget vote 'the worst day' in his tenure as Mayor   ( torontosun.com) divider line

Poor Toronto - the butt of so many jokes. At least Winnipeg is catching a break because of this.

Nothing cracks me up harder than the actual monetary value of a dreaded, evil, socialist, communist, vile, monstrous, heavy-handed, job-killing, grandma beating, tax hike. $60 bucks a year, eh? Expanded subway? Wow, just wow. That's a week of beer money, FFS.

Fark him. He spent part of the meeting pouting and signing headshots for his "fans".

Hey, I have an idea on how Toronto could fund part of their budget. When Ford gets arrested, throw him in a cell with Bieber and then charge admission. I'd have tomatoes (for throwing) available for sale at the entrance, but that's just me.

I like the fact that he got served the lawsuit papers during the council meeting. Good Job Rob.

As for you "$50 million in savings" $2.5 million was charging user fees to low income people, $3.1 million was tacking library fines onto property taxes $19 million was to find corporate sponsorship for the Pan Am games (which is heavily sponsored already). So, yeah, that was a load of BS. Everyone that was surprised that Ford had a completely useless plan, raisre your hands (thank you, you no longer get to vote).
