You know what would make the filtering stuff much easier? Website categorization built into DNS. People usually want other people to know what's on the site. Most filters I've seen are filled with thousands of sites that no longer exist, with no classification for half the sites out there.

Please. By raising the price out of the reach of normal people and involving dozens of useless middlemen, we can naturally be assured that the technical specifics are well in hand.
