FunkOut: Martin Freeman is a horrible unloveable person?

He's apparently "one of the nicest people in the world" or something, but doesn't put up with bullshiat. I don't think many top actors leap to the defence of lowly circuit-grind interviewers they're going to see for all of four minutes when their producer is berating them for fidgeting.

What he does have is a very dry, black sense of humour.  Some people interpret that as dickery, or deliberately (I think) interpret him as being serious when he says stuff like "I've always wanted to be a dictator" or that he only watches his own films because everyone else sucks.

American interviewers appear to be quite taken aback because he doesn't just mouth the stupid platitudes they're used to actors spewing.

/As the internet says, he's made of "kittens and rage"

Nana's Vibrator: I stopped reading at Minnesota niceness.Bul...shiat.  I saw that asian dude trying to get into Margie's pants and then have a breakdown.  Freaks up there.  The lot of them!

Can you blame him?  She's such a super lady!

T.rex: Confabulat: Fargo is one of my favorite movies ever. I love every scene. And I'm cautiously optimistic too.

I think its a 'perfect' film.  Only a few films get that designation from me.

A Fargo TV show?  It's like they're trying to sell us a clear coat we don't need.

Mateorocks: Why mess with perfection? Fargo has to be one of the most re-watchable movies ever. Did anyone ask Stan Grossman first?

The Coen Brothers aren't a bank, Jerry.
