So, it's perfectly OK for Inuit to kill narwhal for food, then sell their tusks to non-Inuit Canadians. All legal and hunky dorey. But if someone then resells those tusks to U.S. Americans and exports them from Canada, then it's all RAGE, ENVIRO-MONSTERS MUST DIE!!!

'k. I can't get too worked up about this particular form of planetary destruction.
