Paraphrased from another article on this same video - "When a stranger on a ski lift asks if you want to see something cool, the answer is ALWAYS no!"

I'm pretty sure this is the look a serial killer gives to his future victim.

Yeah, but that was in the video tab. A virtual wasteland where few dare to enter.

I want to know what the other 60 pictures are. I can only assume they're of his other victims.

I heard about a bad ad and couldn't believe it wasn't the Samsung(?) ad where the teenaged kid is being an ass all Christmas long and staying glued to his phone, evidently because he was making a video for the family. Making a video doesn't get you off the hook, junior, now go pretend to be interested in whatever Aunt Priscillia is going on about.

I never thought watch phones of any kind would take off, too small a screen, need a bluetooth earpiece, but then i noticed a shift in phone behavior, people talking on their phones in public on speaker phone, holding it in front of their face. I dont get it, but thats what people do...

The intelligence of this ad is well indicative of the intelligence of the targeted consumers.

/Yes, Dick Tracy watch will help you pick up all the chicks, bro.
//Sadly we're all talking about it. Any publicity is good publicity...mission accomplished.

Y'know, people always talk about the stereotypical Apple 'fanboi', the smug hipster slacker who just has to have the latest iToy, regardless of how crappy it is. Yet compare this to the latest iPhone ad, the tearjerker with soft Christmas music of a family get together and the kid making a family video with the iPhone to share with the whole family.

Oh great, another way for guys to look like total douchewads.

A watch with less battery life than a cellphone that requires a "caddy" to recharge, and isn't waterproof?

For $300, it is a pretty shiatty purchase. Just get a Pebble or Metawatch instead.

A) If I was in a forced enclosed space and someone started smuggly talking on their speaker phone about random bullsh*t while looking at me I would literally tell them to STFU
B) If creeper guy got her number what would he do with it? "overheard your number on the slopes, want to grab a drink of totally not roofies?"
C) In real life that chick would give the dude with a watch a fake number
D) His creepy taking pictures will support the stalking charges she's going to be filing later (I mean he's apparently been watching the videos all day)
E) She's probably never going to talk to a random dude again, thanks for ruining it for all of us
F) music coming from your phone sounds like sh*t, and will annoy everyone else that's out trying to have a good time.

Yeah, this watch isn't very impressive for the price. I like the concept of a smartwatch, but

1.9 megapixel camera
only 24 hours of battery life
Those two things plus the lag make it not worth $300

I'm sure Apple is doing a seance to get Steve Job's ghost to guide them.

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out the advantage of having a watch add-on to your phone.

I can't think of a single situation where that would be helpful.

James Titcomb.

That's you that is.

From the comments on another site:

Jack: "Want to see something cool?"
Aimee: "Uh ... no."
Jack: spends the rest of the day talking sadly into his watch

Sums it up pretty well.
