jack_o_the_hills: I witnessed an event almost identical to this earlier this year on 480 by 77. I happened to glance into my rear view and saw a car get turned by a semi that was cruising in the middle lane. The driver of the car just decided he gots to gets into the left lane NOW, which is a common occurrence in that area - gets on and gets straight to the left lane , wait until you are 200 feet from your exit and attempt to gets to the right lane, fark whomever is in your way.. anyway the car was pinned to the front of the truck and I swear that trucker gave not a single fark for at least 3/4 of a mile and then finally slowly moved over and slowed to a stop. Before he moved over he didn't slow down one bit./Loved it!
ChopperCharles: Just because the merge lane ends, doesn't mean you get to blindly merge. You still have to do so safely. I see this kind of crap so many times -- usually people slam on brakes or swerve to avoid the merging moron, but trucks don't really have either of those options.Charles.
thesharkman: How did that car not shatter into pieces or spinoff. That's impressive.
deadsanta: That was some pretty good driving by the trucker imo. Kept his cool, moved the car over to the verge, it's like he had God, or perhaps an orangutan, as his co-pilot.
