If I'm doing the booze as cure thing which I rarely do, it's always try to kill it with lots of whiskey.  In my experience there's about a 1 in 3 chance it works, a 1 in 3 chance it does nothing, and a 1 in 3 chance it makes it far worse.  However, there's a 3 in 3 chance it'll get me loaded, so there's that.

It's unclear what moderate means here. A BAC of 0.02 to 0.04 all day long?  That's a hell of a lot of drinking and I can't imagine that being healthy at all.
