Didn't they just pay some elite, top-tier QB a lot of money so they wouldn't have to rely on last-minute FG kicks to eke out wins over perennially poor teams?

I guess "Play Like A Raven" means "Work your field goal kicker to death, because the rest of the team is taking the night off.".
